Abstract

Reducing failures and errors. Increasing levels of rotation.
The systematic and continuous increase in productivity.
Consequent achieved consistent reduction in costs. Our
contribution about this company is to reduce response
times and deadlines, achieving better times for product
development and placing on the market. Are faster
responses to customer requirements. Achieve a strategic
advantage in marketing. Constantly improving processes
and can offer the market products and services cheaper
and thus go continually improving products and services
to be extended in the life cycle d thereof; and always
staying ahead of its competitors To achieve this, it is
necessary to correctly apply the kaizen and applying the
"five S" which are five Japanese principles whose names
begin with S, which are implementing the order,
cleanliness and discipline in the workplace, thus enabling
the worker to contribute to the elimination of waste by
improving equipment maintenance, to lower levels of
accidents and achieve a good working environment.
