Development of a Web school administration system for the Preparatory schools of the Autonomous University of Guerrero

Abstract

School management is an organized activity, whose
purpose is to achieve common benefits for those
who integrate the school community (managers,
administrators, students, teachers, parents and
visitors), through management, planning, rules,
procedures and systems necessary for a school to
function properly. In the present research is
analyzed and designed a Web System, called
Administrador Escolar Digital para Bachillerato
(ADESBA) de la Universidad Autónoma de
Guerrero (UAGro); this system should contribute to
the sustainability of the environment, which is
feasible and economical, supported by Information
and Communication Technologies (TIC), with the
purpose of automating academic and administrative
processes, reducing the response time in health care
services at the school community. One problem of
the UAGro High Schools is that they do not have
the information organized and stored in an
information system, which helps to enter, stay or
promote in the Padrón de Buena Calidad (PBC) of
the Sistema Nacional de Bachillerato (SiNEMS), for
which the ADESBA will support to solve this
problem.
