Abstract

Attendance control systems are essential in every
government agency or company, because they allow
you to monitor the employee's workday fullfillment.
The aim of this project is to develop an Information
System for Staff Incidence Management (SICIP),
using a biometric device, with the purpose of
optimize functions and increase the reliability
between the Secretaría de Educación Guerrero
(SEG) and their employees, enabling the
administration of the data generated, just like the
production of incidence reports. At the end it will
resolve the workday problem and the automation of
the control assistance process being able to create
reports in actual time, in a faster, safe and accurate
way. In conclusion, as the automation that the
gotten results will produce, they will facilitate the
recording of employee work hours, this will let you
manage in a trustful way the recording of the active
hours of the employees in the SEG, making the
regular audits easier for the making of
administrative decisions.
