CIDSiT, Proposal to Support the Educational Model of Competency-Based Teaching

Abstract

This paper proposes to the CIDSiT, acronym of
Center of Development of Telematic Systems as a
process and a didactic strategy that promotes to the
achievement and maturation of the base model of
teaching in polytechnical universities the Teaching
Based on Competences (EBC) fomentando and
impelling the creation And training of students and
graduates of the Engineering Degree in Networks
and Telecommunications (a career that will begin in
the period 2017-2018 at the Polytechnic University
of the State of Guerrero (UPEG)) of companies and
consulting groups in Information Technology and
Communications (ICT) to support the productive
sectors of the region positively impacting society.
The process begins with the invitation to students
and teachers to propose the needs of appropriate
facilities for the career until the estimation of cost of
the CIDSiT applying practices of Evaluation and
Project Management, among others.
