Desarrollo de un prototipo de comunicación bilingüe en tiempo real.

Abstract

The world we inhabit has remained in constant
change and technologically updated daily. In
addition to this situation the communication of the
population is extremely important. Therefore, the
project "Development of a prototype of bilingual
communication in real time", which is presented is a
language translator that registers user conversations,
which will be available on the web for future uses.
The construction of the prototype of bilingual
communication consists of a raspberry pi3 card, a
camera, a microphone, a solar panel and a database
that stores the conversations of the users, accessing
the information registers (logs) through security
passwords of data.
The technological development of bilingual
communication offers an information service that
allows to review in detail the conversations and/or
audiences presented because it integrates in it the
global vision of the audio, text, image and the
registry similar to a blog through the TIC and/or
communication networks. In the tests carried out for
the conversations, English and Spanish were used,
yielding favorable results.
With this project is contributed to the development
in telecommunications, contributing in the
scientific, technological, environmental, social and
economic area.
