Abstract

This research describes the evaluation design of motor
(hand) rehabilitation through the use of virtual video
games, which arises from the need to support young
people with disabilities in the upper limb, since in the
National Dynamic Demographic Survey (ENADID),
Guerrero is one of the states with the highest
prevalence of disabled population with 9.4% of the
population. To carry out this project, virtual
rehabilitation technology will be used, which is based
on exercises through video games in virtual
environments, which will support the motor recovery
of patients. The system aims to provide a final
diagnosis of the evolution in the rehabilitation that
patients will receive and that the doctor can compare
with conventional rehabilitation, to visualize the
progress made.
