Estrategias de comunicación que impacten en la conformación de políticas públicas orientadas a enfrentar el fenómeno del juvenicidio en el Estado de Guerrero

Abstract

The research has as its central axis the phenomenon
of juvenicide in the State of Guerrero, where it is
stated that in the Mexican Republic between 2013 and
2017, the national total of homicides of young people
between 15 and 29 years old was 43,438 victims ( of
juvenicide) and in contrast in Guerrero it covered a
total of 4,452 victims of juvenicides in the same
years, which is equivalent to 10.24% of the national
total, which puts the State of Guerrero in a focus of
alert regarding the procurement the lives of young
Guerrerenses.
In summary, the research is about the creation of a
proposal of communication strategies that impact on
the formation of public policies aimed at confronting
the phenomenon of juvenicide in Guerrero, mainly as
a consequence of the high rates of homicides of young
people that range between 15 to 29 years of age
generated mainly by causes such as lack of
employment, organized crime, waves of violence, lack
of enrollment to enter an educational institution,
poverty, precariousness, bad or null public youth
policies, adulterated status , violation of the Human
Rights of young people and others
