The constant rotation of personnel shows the lack of
identity of these with the company, causing a low
development of the organizations.
Construction companies present problems of human
talent management, ranging from how to find the right
personnel to achieving their permanence in the market.
This issue worries micro, small and medium-sized
companies, such as in the municipality of Acapulco de
Juárez, Guerrero; These can have difficult moments in
terms of productivity and even be affected in their
growth; That is why the work aimed to carry out an
investigation under the multiple case study
methodology with a qualitative approach, in which the
data obtained in the interviews gave a guideline to
know the level used of the management model to
empower human talent in construction companies; of
the locality: Pavimentos y Construcciones de
Guerrero, S.A. de C.V., has more than 30 years in the
local, regional and national market, with 200
employees (between temporary and basic), as well as
Ofer Construcciones, S.A. de C.V., has been legally
constituted for 4 years, serves local and regional
markets, with 15 employees.
