Actualización y estandarización de señalización de acuerdo a la norma NOM-026-STPS-2008 en el área de almacén de recibo

Abstract

The liabilities established by the Official Mexican
Standard NOM-026-STPS-2008 for employers in the
country's organizations are to train personnel on the
interpretation, location and use of health and safety
signs, so this paper deals with the elements that these
signals should have, as well as their update, location
and use in an enterprise.
The occupational safety and health is supported by a
standardized signaling system established by the
Standard, which is based on the use of graphic
symbols and colors to easily and quickly achieve
understanding. The importance lies in complying
with the standard to provide safety, protection and
attention to workers in their operation area, to reduce
the occupational risks that entail achieving objectives
such as obtaining the verification opinion statement
of the Official Mexican Standard NOM-026 -STPS2008
by an accreditation body.
