Abstract

In this project the 5’s of the Shingeo Shingo quality
guru of the company FR CONSTRUCCIONES Y
SERVICIOS S DE R L DE C V are implemented for
order and cleanliness within the warehouse area. The
5’s is a tool for change based on organization and
cleanliness within the company. For the application
in the warehouse, a detailed investigation of the
technique was carried out in addition to evidence.
